Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of the following items, I do not accept returns and exchanges on:
- Underwear (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
I will gladly accept returns on any other items that do not follow under that umbrella as long as:
- You contact me within 5 days of delivery
- You ship the item back within 10 days of delivery
If any item is returned due to my own mistake, shipping will be covered. Any returns that are due to a change of mind or improper sizing, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer will only be refunded once I have received the item in original condition.
Care Instructions
All MadZinnia items are little pieces of art bundled with love, Please be gentle & treat them with care.
If you give your items the love they deserve, they will last years. I am not responsible for pieces damaged due to mishandling in wear or wash.
- In order to ensure the longest life possible, you may opt to hand wash. Machines in general are harsher on clothing. In my experience, machine wash is fine on low temp and spin. The most ideal situation for your intimates (undies + bralettes, or anything small and/or strappy) is to be laid flat or hung dry. Larger and more simple pieces like tanks are okay to dry on low settings.
- It is highly suggested you use an eco friendly detergent
Additional Dye Care Info/Misc.
Low Impact/Procion Dyes: Please keep in mind all items (besides solid colors) are dyed myself! Any variation in color and especially mottling is what makes each piece truly unique and one of a kind. Any dye job that is mottled and photographed is only one piece in that dye variation. It is highly likely that the item you receive in the same dye variation is going to be just that - a variation. This means the colors will be the same (although often times these colors can shift in different lighting) but patterns and color variation will not be identical.
Natural Dyes: Any solid naturally dyed colors may still have some slight variation. Use extra caution when caring for pieces dyed with natural dyes. Please do not let your naturally dyed item (avocado dyed, onion skin dyed, etc.) dry or lay out in the sun or sun exposure for long periods of time. Use caution with citrus if your naturally dyed item is an outer garment as citrus can bleach out some natural dyes.
I do not take custom color requests
Items can not be placed on hold or reserved.
