Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of the following items, I do not accept returns and exchanges on:
- Underwear (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
I will gladly accept returns on any other items that do not follow under that umbrella as long as:
- You contact me within 5 days of delivery
- You ship the item back within 10 days of delivery
If any item is returned due to my own mistake, shipping will be covered. Any returns that are due to a change of mind or improper sizing, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer will only be refunded once I have received the item in original condition.
Care Instructions
All MadZinnia items are little pieces of art bundled with love, Please be gentle & treat them with care.
If you give your items the love they deserve, they will last years. I am not responsible for pieces damaged due to mishandling in wear or wash.
- In order to ensure the longest life possible, you may opt to hand wash. Machines in general are harsher on clothing. In my experience, machine wash is fine on low temp and spin. The most ideal situation for your intimates (undies + bralettes, or anything small and/or strappy) is to be laid flat or hung dry. Larger and more simple pieces like tanks are okay to dry on low settings.
- It is highly suggested you use an eco friendly detergent
Additional Info/Misc.
If your product is hand dyed: It will be labeled in the description of the color way. Each piece that is hand-dyed uses low-impact, fiber-reactive dyes, making every item more sustainable and truly one of a kind. Variations in tone, pattern, and mottling are a natural part of the process—and part of what makes your piece so special. While the colorway will remain consistent, the placement and blending of hues will differ from what’s photographed. This is the beauty of slow fashion: no two are ever exactly alike.
